INITIAL PLANNING STAGE

We begin by collecting the client’s product plans and technical details. Based on this, we create a comprehensive proposal that includes the manufacturing process, timeline, and cost. After reviewing feasibility and addressing concerns, we finalize the plan for efficient production.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PHASE

Once feasibility is confirmed, we finalize the product specifications and design details. Our team focuses on material selection, process design, and procurement of the required tools and machinery. This stage ensures that every aspect of production aligns with quality and functionality goals.

PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION / EVALUATION

A prototype is created based on the approved design and standards. We work closely with the client to review functionality, aesthetics, and performance. The prototype undergoes testing to ensure accuracy and durability for production.

COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION PLANNING

We design an efficient manufacturing layout using advanced simulation systems. This helps optimize production flow, minimize waste, and maintain quality consistency. A strategic production plan ensures a smooth shift to mass production.

PRODUCTION PLAN EVALUATION

Using the finalized layout, we build a pilot manufacturing line and produce a commercial prototype. It is jointly reviewed with the customer to confirm quality and production standards. Any refinements needed for improved efficiency or accuracy are made before mass production begins.

COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION

After the production plan is approved, manufacturing begins. During production, our engineers continuously monitor, optimize, and upgrade the entire process. We maintain flexibility to accommodate client requests while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

QUALITY INSPECTION & SHIPPING

Every finished product undergoes strict manual and automated inspection to detect defects or inconsistencies. Labels are attached for assembly tracking. Only products meeting our quality benchmarks are securely packed and shipped to the customer with accuracy.
